I have the 2015 3.5 Ecoboost f150. Get a catch can, fuel injector cleaner can't clean the intake valve deposits on the first gen engines.For 2017+ it will work but not on the prior engines. I run a tank of Techron every 3 months. No idea how much it helps, but it makes me feel better. Back to the snake-oil cure-all. There are some products that work or seem to work out there. One is as good as another IMO, but none work in the applications listed IMO. To properly clean injectors, those should be disassembled. To clean with an in-tank cleaner, you should use it for at least 4 tanks if not more.
